1. How do I register for an account?
We recommend using your email address as your username – it’s easy to remember. Please ensure your password is at least 6 characters long.
2. I cannot log in to my account.
Double-check your login credentials. Make sure you are using the same email address you registered with and that the password is correct. Also confirm that your browser accepts cookies. If there is system maintenance, please wait 15 minutes and try again. If you still cannot access your account, contact us at fpv@fpvcm.com.
3. I forgot my password.
Click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page. We will send an automated email with instructions on how to reset your password.
Order
1. How do I place an order?
Ordering from www.fpvcm.com is easy. When viewing an item, select the model, choose attributes and quantity, then click ADD TO CART. After adding desired items to your cart, click CHECKOUT. You will be prompted to log in or create a new account. Then complete the shipping address, select a shipping method, leave any special requirements, enter a promo code (if available), and input a customs declaration value if needed. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
2. Can I order using a smartphone or tablet?
Yes. Our website works perfectly on computers, phones, tablets, and all devices in between.
3. How long can items stay in my shopping cart?
Indefinitely – items remain in your cart until you delete them.
4. Can I cancel or change an order I just placed?
You can cancel or change your order only if it has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at fpv@fpvcm.com. We process orders very quickly, so changes or cancellations cannot always be fulfilled.
Order Status
FPVCM Main Order Statuses
All your orders are listed in your account dashboard.
Once we receive your payment, your order will go through several steps before being shipped. Below are the common statuses:

Waiting for Payment – Your order is unpaid. You may pay now. Once payment is received, we will process your order.

Pending – You attempted to pay via PayPal e‑check, but we have not yet received the funds. Please check your PayPal or bank account balance to ensure sufficient funds. If payment was completed successfully, send us the transaction ID or proof of payment to

Paid – Your payment has been received. Our server will upload your order shortly, and we will begin processing. Thank you for your patience.

1. What types of payment are accepted?
We accept secure payment options including VISA, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for a smooth checkout experience.

We accept multiple currencies. Please note that different payment methods support different currencies at checkout.

4. Will I have to pay any sales tax?
Dear pilots and friends,
For countries other than the United States, please note that due to U.S. policies, DHL shipping within the U.S. covers 20–50% of tax fees, depending on each state’s regulations.
For Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, our standard shipping includes taxes. However, DHL shipping does not include taxes. Thank you for your understanding.
Taxes are levied by the customs office of the destination country according to its rules and policies. Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import duties and taxes – these charges must be paid by the customer. If a parcel is refused due to import duties or taxes, the customer assumes full liability for all return shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees.
Shipping
1. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we normally ship orders worldwide.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Express shipping fees vary by destination country. Simply add items to your cart, and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular registered mail usually takes 2–4 weeks. DHL takes 3–7 days. During busy seasons, there may be a few days of delay. For any questions, contact us at fpv@fpvcm.com.
4. How can I track my order?
You can usually track your order on 17track.net (select “4px” if no information appears). As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with delivery details. After that, you can also track your order under “My Orders” when you log into your FPVCM account, or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
