2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday.

Warehouse Processing Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Weekend Policy: Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
3. Transit Time (Estimated Delivery)

Battery Shipments: Orders containing batteries require specialized logistics to comply with international safety regulations. This may extend handling and transit times by an additional 2-3 business days.

Unforeseen Delays: FPVCM is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as global logistics disruptions, extreme weather, or mandatory customs inspections. However, we will assist in tracking your package to the best of our ability.
