Thank you for purchasing FPVCM products. To protect your rights and interests, please read this instruction carefully before use.
After-Sale Service Policy
FPVCM motors, ESCs, and propellers are delivered after strict quality inspections. The warranty will become void under any of the following conditions, and any costs incurred will be borne by the customer:

The warranty period has expired.

Damage caused by incorrect operation, improper propeller matching, or short circuits of wires or phases.

Damage caused by improper testing, modification, disassembly, case opening, or adjustment by the user (excluding shortening of connecting wires).

Normal mechanical wear and tear.

Damage caused by non‑standard use, including but not limited to impact, crash, strike, or liquid immersion.

Damage resulting from accidents.
-
Damage from natural disasters (flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, typhoon, etc.) or force majeure.

Damage from illegal use, operating the UAV motor beyond its capabilities, or any other inappropriate use.

Damage from overload.

Malfunction or damage caused by factors other than product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality issues.
Products without visible damage may be replaced within 7 days after purchase if a quality fault is confirmed by our technicians upon inspection.
FPVCM offers free maintenance service (excluding material costs) within 365 days after purchase. FPVCM shall retain any replaced parts. Products found to be fault‑free will be returned to the customer as is.
Warranty Period:

With a valid purchase voucher: 365 days from the date of purchase (inclusive).

Without a purchase voucher: 90 days from the date of production.

FPVCM provides after‑sale service only for motors, propellers, and ESCs. FPVCM assumes no responsibility for any damage or crash resulting from incorrect operation, improper assembly, or failure of other components, unless the fault is proven to be with our products. In such a case, FPVCM will cover the maintenance cost for the motors, ESCs, or propellers, but will not cover the maintenance cost of other parts on the drone.

FPVCM assumes no responsibility if the purchased products do not meet user expectations but have no quality issues. In that situation, requests for product replacement or return will be rejected. FPVCM assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to users or any third parties arising from inappropriate use or assembly of FPVCM products or accessories. Under no circumstances shall FPVCM be jointly liable for any direct or indirect injuries or property loss to users.
